This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.  Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

1 Information We may collect from you

We may collect and process the following data about you:

1.1           information that you provide by filling in forms in our app ReportCam or on our site (our services). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our services, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our service;

1.2           if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;

1.3           details of transactions you carry out through our services and of the fulfillment of your orders;

1.4           Details of your visits to and use of our services including, but not limited to, traffic data, video uploads, text correspondence and communications, location data and other communication data, whether this is required for our own purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access;

1.5           details of traffic use of your Service as defined in our Terms of Use, hosted and stored by us on your behalf.

2 IP addresses and cookies

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet and or mobile device usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:

2.1           to estimate our audience size and usage pattern;

2.2           to store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customise our services according to your individual interests;

2.3           to speed up your searches;

2.4           to recognise you when you return to our services.

3 Where We store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination inside or outside the UK and or the European Economic Area (EEA). It may  be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfillment of your services, the processing of your payment details and the provision of other related services. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information and videos that you provide to us are stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted.  Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data and videos we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our service; any transmission is at your own risk. We will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

4 Uses made of the information, data and videos

We use information, data and videos held about you in the following ways:

4.1           to ensure that content from our service is presented in the most effective manner for you;

4.2           to provide you with information, products or services that you request from us (whether directly or through subcontractors) or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes;

4.3           to create your personal video and data storage area and personal account to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us;

4.4           to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service,  including but not limited to the accessing of your videos when you choose to do so;

4.5           to notify you about changes to our services.

We may also use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you in which case we or they may contact you about these by post or telephone.

We will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals or provide access to third parties to your data and videos, unless required to do so by law or regulatory compliance, but we may publish aggregate information about users of our services.

5 Disclosure of your information

We may disclose your personal information, data and videos to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006 and any subcontractors used by us from time to time in the delivery of the services, on a strictly “need to know” basis.

We may disclose your personal information, data and videos to third parties:

5.1           in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

5.2           if Apps Etc Limited or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets;

5.3           if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data and videos in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use or terms and conditions of supply and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Apps Etc, our customers, or others.

5.4            Your rights

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data and videos for marketing purposes. We will not attempt to sell your personal data and videos without first obtaining your consent.

Our services may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates.  If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.  Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

6 Access to information

The Data Protection Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

7 Changes to Our privacy policy

Any changes that we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.

9 Clear Pricing and Payment Terms

9.1 The price of any part or all of the Service and the applicable Account tariffs will be made available within the Service. The pricing is:

9.2           Where you are required to make tax payments in respect of your utilisation of the Services, an option to include tax as part of your payment may form part of the payment process. For the avoidance of doubt, payment of any local taxes or legally enforceable surcharges is to be made by you even if the details of such payment is not notified by us.

9.3           Prices are liable to change at any time.

9.4           Payment for all Services will be required in advance and the Services may be suspended in part or in full without notice if the appropriate payment has not been made.

9.8           As part of our ongoing development and promotion of the Services, we may make additional or supplemental services available to you at reduced or nil cost.

9.9           Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at confirmation of service.

9.10           Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24- hours before the end of the current period

9.11           Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

9.12           Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase

9.13           No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

9.14           Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
